Happy Endings Book Club – October 2024

HAPPY ENDINGS BOOK CLUB will meet on Monday, October 14, at 10:00 am in the Fireside Room. We will discuss James by Percival Everett. James is a brilliant, action-packed re-imagining of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, both harrowing and ferociously funny, told from the enslaved Jim’s point of view.

The book for November 11 is March by Geraldine Brooks the author of the acclaimed Year of Wonders, a historical novel and love story set during a time of catastrophe, on the front lines of the American Civil War.
