A small group of Lovely Laners will travel to Havana, Cuba, with a small group from the Plymouth Congregational Church in Des Moines. The trip will take place from January 28 to February 6. The aim is to learn about Cuban history and culture and develop a relationship with a potential sister church in the city. The group will collect donations of personal items to share with the folks in Cuba ahead of time. A full list is coming that will include aspirin, ibuprofen,
vitamins, and Tums.
