Self-Defense Program

United Women in Faith has organized a special presentation on Self-Defense on October 11th at 9 am at the church. This event is a two-hour program to educate us on awareness and prevention, presented by Chris Smabe, a Cedar Rapids police officer. If there is interest, a later presentation may be scheduled for hands-on training.

The meeting is open to and encouraged for JUNIOR AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH, WOMEN AND MEN.
