Youth Group Super Bowl Subs Fundraiser 2025

The youth group will be having a fundraiser for the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9th! Please submit your order by February 5th. The suggested Donation of $5-10 per combo can be dropped off at pickup or there will be a link in the form if you want to pay online. The link will take you to a Breeze form to pay online.

You can order up to five combos on this form. If you need more than five, then please submit more than one form.

Combos will be available for pickup after each service on Sunday, February 9th. On the form, please indicate which service you’d like to pick up your sub at.
