Spaghetti/Pasta Salad

1 pound pasta (your favorite) cooked according to package directions and cooled
3/4 cup chopped red or white onion
1/2 – 3/4 cup diced or shredded carrots
1 medium/large red bell pepper; seeded and diced
1 medium/large green bell pepper; seeded and diced
1-1/2 cups chopped zucchini
1-1 1/2 cups plum tomatoes
black pepper, garlic powder, salt – per your taste
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing or more if desired

Feel free to add any other fresh vegetables: cucumbers, kolrabi, etc
Raspberry vinaigrette may also be used for the dressing

Grilled chicken can also be added to this recipe to maker a complete summertime meal!
