We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new director, Mrs. Carolyn Barnes.  Mrs. Barnes is a recently retired Kindergarten teacher from Pierce and is eager to start meeting the families of Children's Weekday Ministries.  Her first day will be August 19.

We have welcomed several new teachers and associates for the school year.  At Trinity Lane with site director Sue, Ms. Tamara will be the lead teacher in the 2s room with Ms. Paula as the associate.  Ms. Jane will be teaching the 3s this year and Ms. Karen and Ms. Heather will the the associates in that room.  The 4s class has Ms. Sarah teaching with Ms. Lori as the associate.  At Lovely Lane, Ms. Dee will joining Ms. Julie in the 2s room as the associate.  In the 3s room, Ms. Dawn will be the lead teacher and Ms. Hannah will be the associate.  In the 4s room, Ms. Sheri will be again working with Ms. Kim. 

We are selling t-shirts for the first time this year.  If you would like one for any or all of your family members, print out the order form and bring it in to the director.  An order will go out shortly after preschool starts.  

For the first time this year, Children's Weekday Ministries is offering tuition discounts for families that are able to pay several months in advance.  We are offering a 5% discount to families who are able to pay September through December at one time and will again offer the discount to families who are able to pay January through May.  If you are interested, the first lump-sum payment is due by the 5th of September. We have put the pay schedule online to make it easier for you to learn what that amount would be for your family.   

Our supply lists for Lovely Lane's preschool and BASE are now available.  Our parent handbook is also available online.  Please read through the contents of the handbook and print off the last page and sign it and return it either to your child's teacher or the director.

Lovely Lane Children's Weekday Ministries includes Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) for students of Pierce Elementary, which is located right next door to Lovely Lane!  While in our care, these Kindergarten-5th grade students are provided with a safe, nurturing environment that includes a variety of activities that foster creativity and learning beyond their school day.  We also provide breakfast for students who are here before school, and a nutritious snack after school.  Download the Registration Form

No-School Days: On days when school dismisses early or is not in session due to Teacher In-Service, we are open and available to families enrolled in the BASE program.  For any full days (snow days, winter break, spring break, etc.) there is a $30 fee per child per day.  We require a minimum of 15 children in order to stay open for these days.

Drop-in Policy: If you only need childcare on no-school days or early dismissals, we've got a solution for you!  Register your child for our program, complete all required paperwork, and pay as you go!  Half-day sessions are $15/session, and full days are $30/session.

Tuition Rates:

Before and After School Care- $280/month*

Before School Care only- $180/month*

After School Care only- $180/month*

There is a multi-child discount for families with more than one child in the program.
